Druridge Bay is a section of Heritage Coast in Northumberland stretching from Amble to the River Lyne.  The Bay contains six miles of unbroken white sands from Hauxley to Cresswell and is a prime example of the glorious coastline for which Northumberland is famous.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to help deliver a LEADER Coast, Wolds, Wetlands and Waterways (CWWW) funded project on wildlife rich verges within the East Riding of Yorkshire and adjacent parts of North Yorkshire.  The LEADER programme is being financed by the European Agriculture Fund for Rural Development as well as Defra and is being overseen by Yorkshire Forward as part of the Rural Development Programme for England.
