The information on this page is only for employers or agencies placing adverts on behalf of employers.

For information on non-recruitment (classified and events) advertising   CJS has three publications which carry recruitment advertising: CJS Daily Online, CJS Weekly and CJS Monthly.

Please read the terms for each package deal.

Repeat ads:

In the current economic climate recruitment is getting harder.  Therefore, we're offering discounts on repeat paid ads.

If you don't fill the post in the first round of advertising and have to re-advertise we'll give you a discount of 20% of the cost of your second advert.  If you still don't manage to fill the post then we'll advertise it free of charge until you do! (online only)

Best Value option:

CJS Monthly

digital version mailed to relevant council and charity offices

online in full and every advert ins included in CJS Daily publication

remains online until the next edition is published (usually four weeks)

edited details of every post included as standard linage in CJS Weekly and readers of the digital version see the publication in full

the online version has free hyperlinks to every email and web address

details of every advert included in the daily RSS and email bulletins

Next best option - but faster and no deadlines:

Online package: Adverts in CJS Daily Online (this website)

free hyperlinks to all email and web addresses

brief details in the daily bulletins (email and RSS)

edited details as standard linage in the next available CJS Weekly

all adverts online for up to four weeks or until the closing date whichever is sooner

Longer online advertising

for adverts with extended closing dates longer runs are available at 20% of the total cost per extra week (a 20% saving over a four week period)

Terms for package deals.

Repeat adverts: like for like adverts only, if you require a bigger advert it will be at the full price, free adverts will be online and Weekly standard linage only.

CJS Monthly: adverts must comply with the usual sizes and copy received before the deadline

Online:  for free linage in CJS Weekly closing date must be of sufficient length to allow candidates time to apply.

Longer online advertising: adverts must run concurrently with no alterations to copy.
