Oxford University & the Food Animal Initiative offer masters-level training over two modules aimed at food industry graduates. Module 1 covers animal welfare in meat production & introducing improvements within a sustainable framework. Module 2 looks at science & evidence assessment of animal welfare, & welfare research and commercial implementation. Module 2 will be held for 4 days commencing 11/1/11.
